Preston’s career with P. Machibroda Engineering Ltd. started while he was still in in the Civil Engineering Technology program at SIAST, which provided the opportunity to gain practical experience performing quality control and materials testing during his practicum. After graduation, Preston’s strong interest in the engineering consulting field brought him back to P. Machibroda Engineering Ltd. where he now has more than 10 years of experience in various roles within the company. Preston has experience working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects with areas of expertise in geotechnical drilling investigations, direct push CPTu testing, environmental site assessments, environmental remediation, foundation and subgrade inspections, and materials testing. Preston has been supervising our team of technicians, technologists and engineers-in-training in our materials testing laboratory for over 8 years.
